Procedure Time

- The work is only started and scheduled after the transfer of 50% or 100% of the value of the requested work.
- After scheduling, the time taken may vary between 1 to 10 working days. (with exceptions, such as festive seasons, Christmas and holidays)

Shipping and Packing

- The shipment is made as soon as the work is finished and 100% paid.
- Shipping is done via CTT, registered mail or standard shipping.
- The packaging is done with the ideal conditions for the work not to suffer physical damage or major accidents. ( Responsibility of CTT )

If the item or personalized work arrives in poor condition, due to the carelessness of the carrier (CTT), the buyer must take photographs of the incident and send it to me for the claim.

Refunds

You can request a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • For personalized and unique works, returns or shipments are not accepted . These because they are approved by the customer through photography, before shipping.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The article must be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If so, please send me an email to marasilva.ilustradora@gmail.com explaining the situation.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Please send by registered mail.
