That's why I share with you the process I did to tan my olives with another illustrated recipe.
If you have the opportunity, try making your own olives. Preserving olives is an “antiquity” process that should never be stopped. There are several ways to enjoy olives , but they all lead to the same path, this one I illustrated is one of them.
