"Gnochis" is a typical Italian dish that is loved here at home.
Usually we always have some potatoes destined to make this delicacy.
I accompanied my Gnochis with a Pesto I made a few months ago (from the last basil harvest from the garden), grilled hokaido pumpkin strips, toasted walnuts and sunflower seeds. It was simply divine!
