Which is nothing more than a hot drink made with umeboshi plum , shoyo and kuzu . A perfect combination to help our body fight colds and more. It strengthens the blood, restores energy, treats digestive problems, allergy-related problems and stimulates the detoxification of the body.
I make this drink whenever I feel a cold coming on or whenever I have symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and so far I haven't had to resort to medication.
Umeboshi plum: it is a Japanese plum very appreciated in cooking and also used as a medicine in Japan. It is rich in minerals, calcium, iron, phosphorus. It's good for our entire organism, it's antioxidant, antibacterial, helps us strengthen the blood and clean the liver among many other things.
Shoyo: Soy sauce obtained from the fermentation of soy beans with toasted wheat, water and salt. Rich in calcium, iron and protein.
Kuzu: Starch extracted from the roots of a plant native to China. Used to treat instabilities in the digestive system.
